Pottery Painting Rental Kits
Prefer painting at home? Pick up Pick up a pottery painting party kit at our downtown Vancouver studio, and bring the creativity home with you! Perfect for birthday parties, group gatherings, girls' nights, and more.
How does it work?
Step 1:
Our party kit rental fee is $60 (nonrefundable) and includes all the supplies you need for painting at home. Pottery pieces are purchased separately. You'll select the rental fee AND pottery pieces you want to take home from the "paint party" section of our online store (linked below) and proceed to checkout. We ask that your order come to a minimum of $150 to check out a rental kit.
Step 2:
Our studio staff will package your pieces & wrap them in a hard-sided tote bag so they stay safe and protected during their travels. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. This may take up to one full business day. Please check your spam folder!
Step 3:
Come in anytime during our open business hours to pick up your pieces, sign our rental contract, and pay your deposit for the party rental kit (if you did not do so online), which includes all needed supplies:

Step 4:
You are able to keep your kit for up to one week. Once you're done painting your pieces, repackage them with the material used when you received them and place them back in the tote along with all supplies. Return the kit and all pieces to Kilnfolk anytime during business hours.
All supplies from the rental kit must be returned before our staff can fire your pieces. If all supplies are returned in clean and undamaged condition, you will receive a coupon for $20 off any future class at Kilnfolk.​
Step 5:
Our staff will take it from here! You will be notified via email in 3-4 weeks when your pieces are fired and ready for pickup.
