Give your kids the gift of this creative outlet! Clay is a great medium for keeping hands busy and minds focused. This class will be instructed by one of our talented ceramicists who will guide your children through the creative process and create a fun piece on the wheel. Kids will be able to keep their creation and it will be ready to pick up within three weeks. One piece is included in the class and will be trimmed, glazed and fired by the Kilnfolk team. If you make more, you are welcome to keep additional pieces for $20 each. We will trim, bisque fire, glaze it to the color of your choosing and then glaze fire it one more time for you to pick up within three weeks. The additional $20 is to be paid after class so you can decide if you want to keep your creation or leave the clay to be recycled. Parents are welcome to join in as well -- just select the adult ticket price option during checkout. Please arrive 5 minutes early to grab an apron and find a seat at the wheel. :) Class Details: -Date & Time: Sundays from 12:30-2:00pm -Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 Secure parking is available right down the street in the Lot #18 Park 'n Go Vancouver Center Garage. -Price: $45 for kids, $75 for adults -What's Included: A hour and a half of time to try out the pottery wheel, guided by one of Kilnfolk's instructors. We will single color glaze and fire your ceramic piece to be picked up a few weeks after the workshop. -What to wear: Dress comfortably and be prepared to get your hands dirty! -What to bring: Feel free to bring an apron to class with you! Cancellation Policy

For a full refund or free rescheduling, you must notify us 7 days before your scheduled class/activity. Within 7 days of your class there is no refund but you can choose to reschedule within the first five days of that week prior to your class and must pay 20% of the class price to reschedule. There will be NO reschedule/cancellation for any reason within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered will be subject to a 4% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job.
