Service Description

Event Update: We are opening this up as a free event! Food & drink will no longer be provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you wish! Calling all Jedi and Sith! Prepare yourself for an intergalactic gathering like no other. On Saturday May 4th from 6:30-9:00pm, you're invited to our after-hours paint your own pottery event, Star Wars style! You'll be able to select from a diverse assortment of pottery, including bowls, plates, jets, mugs, lanterns, and so much more. Channel the spirit of your favorite character or scene from the saga into your work (inspiration and stencils will be provided)! Prices vary, but the average cost per piece is around $30. At the end of the evening, our staff will collect your pottery pieces, fire them, and contact you in 2-3 weeks when they are ready for pick-up. Invite your fellow Star Wars enthusiasts for a night of galactic artistry! Event Details: Date & Time: Saturday, May 4th at 6:30-9:00pm. Group instruction will be taking place toward the beginning of the evening- we encourage you to arrive on time as to not miss it! Age requirement: None Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 (Enjoy complimentary parking after 6 pm downtown!) Price: FREE to attend, pottery pieces will be purchased separately at the event. Attire: Wear something comfy (or come dressed as your favorite rebel or imperial loyalist if you so choose!), and feel free to bring your own apron.


Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking 7 days before your scheduled class/activity. If you need to reschedule within 7 days, we will charge a 20% fee, however there will be NO rescheduling for any reason within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered will be subject to a 3.7% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the best possible outcome for every firing. Use of the studio indicates you agree that you will not hold the studio, its volunteers, or any other person associated with the studio responsible for work that is damaged or defective in any way while in the studio at any stage of the process. While working with clay is relatively safe, there are hazards and risks. These risks include the possibility of injuries or illness related to the use of the studio, materials, or equipment. Attention Students!

If you are signing up for a multi-week or workshop that includes open studio time please click below to create an account on our website. Be sure to use the email that you used to book your class. You then will be able to access the Open Studio Sign Up Page under Memberships. Each open studio session is just a start time and is good for up to 3 hours. Open studio time must be used in one day and cannot be split between multiple days. Multi-Week open studio sessions do not roll over and must be used in the week they are allotted.
