Service Description

On Thursday, December 21st, from 6:30-9:00pm, we invite you to cozy up in the studio for our exclusive after-hours paint your own pottery event, where the winter chill melts away amidst the warmth of good company and creativity. Seasonal treats and drinks provided! This is a family friendly event for all ages. The price to attend this event is $10 per person, which includes a $5 discount on your chosen ceramic piece, which will be paid for at the start of the evening. You'll be able to select from a diverse assortment of pottery, including bowls, ornaments, holiday mugs and plates, lanterns, and more. Prices vary, but the average cost per piece is around $30. At the end of the evening, our staff will collect your pottery pieces, fire them, and contact you in 2-3 weeks when they are ready for pick-up. Please note that final pieces will not be ready to pick up in time for Christmas gifting, but it is still a wonderful way to soak up some holiday cheer with loved ones! Invite your friends or family for a casual winter night out! Event Details: Date & Time: Thursday, December 21st, 6:30-9:00pm Age requirement: None- this is a family friendly event for all ages! Children must be accompanied by a guardian in the studio. Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 (Enjoy complimentary parking after 6 pm downtown!) Price: $10 reserves your spot at this exclusive event, which includes $5 off a paint-your-own pottery piece of your choosing, as well as treats and drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. The average price of a piece is $30. Attire: Wear something comfy, and feel free to bring your own apron!


Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking 7 days before your scheduled class/activity. If you need to reschedule within 7 days, we will charge a 20% fee, however there will be NO rescheduling for any reason within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered will be subject to a 3.7% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job. Attention Students!

If you are signing up for a multi-week or workshop that includes open studio time please click below to create an account on our website. Be sure to use the email that you used to book your class. You then will be able to access the Open Studio Sign Up Page under Memberships. Each open studio session is just a start time and is good for up to 3 hours. Open studio time must be used in one day and cannot be split between multiple days. Multi-Week open studio sessions do not roll over and must be used in the week they are allotted.
