Service Description

Are you ready for it? On Sunday, April 7th or Sunday April 28th, from 6:30-9:00pm, you're invited to our exclusive after-hours paint your own pottery event, Swiftie style! Of course, friendship bracelet trading is highly encouraged. The price to attend this event is $15 per person. Light snacks, treats, and beverages will be provided. Pottery pieces will be purchased separately at the event. You'll be able to select from a diverse assortment of pottery, including bowls, plates, trinket boxes, mugs, lanterns, and so much more. Represent your favorite lyrics or album in your artwork (inspiration will be provided)! Prices vary, but the average cost per piece is around $30. At the end of the evening, our staff will collect your pottery pieces, fire them, and contact you in 2-3 weeks when they are ready for pick-up. Invite your Swiftie friends or family for a bejeweled night out! Event Details: Date & Time: Sunday, April 7th at 6:30-9:00pm, OR Sunday April 28th at 6:30-9:00pm. Group instruction will be taking place at the beginning of the evening- we encourage you to arrive on time as to not miss it! Age requirement: None Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 (Enjoy complimentary parking after 6 pm downtown!) Price: $15 per person, pottery pieces will be purchased separately at the event. Attire: Wear something comfy (or go all our in your Eras outfit!), and feel free to bring your own apron.


Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking 7 days before your scheduled class/activity. If you need to reschedule within 7 days, we will charge a 20% fee, however there will be NO rescheduling for any reason within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered will be subject to a 3.7% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job. Attention Students!

If you are signing up for a multi-week or workshop that includes open studio time please click below to create an account on our website. Be sure to use the email that you used to book your class. You then will be able to access the Open Studio Sign Up Page under Memberships. Each open studio session is just a start time and is good for up to 3 hours. Open studio time must be used in one day and cannot be split between multiple days. Multi-Week open studio sessions do not roll over and must be used in the week they are allotted.
